What’s the typical site timeline?

2 to 3 months post design approval for most full home scopes. Civil intensity, custom furniture and imported finishes can extend timelines. A schedule with dependencies is shared upfront.

    • ₹2,000 (upto 1000 sqft) or ₹4,000 (more than 1000 sqft) presentation fee, fully adjusted if you proceed
    • 25% booking to begin
    • 20% before 2D layout
    • 35% before 3D views
    • 20% before final render delivery

How are invoices and taxes handled?

Stage wise invoices are raised at each milestone. 18% GST is applicable on design and execution fees as per government regulations.

What if scope is changed after approval?

Changes are issued via a Change Order with revised BOQ, cost and timeline impact. Additional amounts are payable before procurement or work on the change begins.

What’s the cancellation/refund policy?

Design charges are non refundable. Custom or ordered items are non-cancellable once placed with vendors. If cancelled pre-production, vendor/restocking fees (if any) apply.

Who manages society/municipal approvals?

We guide documentation and drawings. Society permissions and statutory approvals are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included.

How do site access and working hours work?

What happens at handover?
